Account Deletion

1. What is deleted

When we complete a verified deletion request we delete or irreversibly anonymize the player record we control, including game progress, holdings, and identifiers we stored to operate your account.

2. What we cannot fully erase

Apple, Google (Firebase/AdMob/Analytics), and RevenueCat may retain records of authentication, purchases, ads, or diagnostics under their policies. Purchase history lives with Apple. We cannot unwind an App Store charge by deleting an account.

3. How to request deletion

Email [email protected] from a reachable address with the subject "Delete Wealthon account". Include: (1) the Game Center display name you use if you know it; (2) the device model; (3) approximate install date; (4) confirmation that you want permanent deletion.

We may ask you to perform a step in-app or reply from the same environment so we do not delete the wrong player. We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of verification.

4. Effect

Deletion is permanent. Progress, VIP in-app state on our servers, and leaderboard standing cannot be restored. If a subscription is still set to renew, cancel it in Apple ID settings or Apple may keep charging you.

5. Shutdown

If we discontinue the App we may delete remaining accounts without individual requests. That is not a refund event.
