End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") supplements the Terms of Service. Together they govern your license to Wealthon: Idle Tycoon Life Sim. If there is a conflict on license scope, this EULA controls; if there is a conflict on purchases, shutdown, or virtual items, the Terms of Service control. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the extent required by Apple.

1. Grant
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Wealthon on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store usage rules.
2. Restrictions
You may not copy (except for device backups Apple allows), modify, distribute, rent, reverse engineer (except where law forbids this restriction), circumvent security, or use the App to build a competing service.
3. Ownership
We and our licensors own all right, title, and interest in the App, art, audio, code, names, and economy. Virtual items are licensed, not sold.
4. Termination
This license ends if you breach it, uninstall, or if we discontinue the App. On termination you must stop using the App. We are not obligated to provide updates or support.
5. Disclaimer and liability
The disclaimers, liability caps, no-refund, virtual-item, and shutdown clauses in the Terms of Service are incorporated here. The App is licensed “as is”.
6. Apple
Apple is not a party to this EULA except as a third-party beneficiary as described in the Terms. Maintenance and support are our responsibility, if any — and we may provide none.
